Eastern Partnership is a new initiative of the EU, aimed at strengthening the cooperation with six eastern European countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

In the framework of Eastern Partnership, a Civil Society Forum will be established that will aim to promote and support the dialogue between all civil society actors. At the conference in Minsk, Belarusian civil society actors will have an opportunity to advance their opinions on the issue.

Belarusian civil society organizations, authorized representatives of Belarusian state authorities and relevant experts are welcomed to discuss the following questions:

1. the role and importance of Eastern Partnership for Belarus
2. what should be the structure of Civil Society Forum to promote greater involvement of Belarusian Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership
3. how should the Civil Society Forum be organized
