25 February 2009 – European Commission opens a Call for Proposals under the programme INVESTING IN PEOPLE 2009 - Access to local culture, protection and promotion of cultural diversity

European Commission has announced the opening of a 2009 Call for Proposals under the programme “Investing in People: Access to local culture, protection and promotion of cultural diversity”. The programme will support actions that aim to strengthen local culture, access to culture and its dissemination and protection, as well as promote all forms of cultural expression. Size of grants ranges from EUR 250 000 to EUR 1 000 000. Organisations from Belarus are welcome to submit their Concept Notes to the European Commission until 9 April 2009. More about the programme
