19 January 2009 – European Commission opens a Call for Proposals under the programme NSA&LA: Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development

European Commission has announced the opening of a Call for Proposals under the programme NSA&LA: Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development. The programme will support development actions, to be implemented by non-state actors or local authorities, in close cooperation with the local communities and the most vulnerable population groups, aiming at promoting an inclusive and empowered society in Belarus. Organisations from Belarus are welcome to submit their Concept Notes to the European Commission until 5 May 2009. More about the programme
