9 December 2008 – European Commission opens a Call for Proposals under the programme CIUDAD – Cooperation in Urban Development and Dialogue.

European Commission has announced the opening of a Call for Proposals under the programme CIUDAD. The new programme aims to support and enforce local and regional authorities in order to facilitate good governance and achieve sustainable urban development in the ENPI region. Organisations from Belarus are welcome to submit their Concept Notes to the European Commission until 27 February 2009. More about the programme
