15 August 2008 - European Commission opens a new Call for Proposals under EIDHR

European Commission has announced the opening of a new Call for Proposals under the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights. The Call will be implemented through a Country-based support scheme in Belarus 2008 and is opened for Belarusian organisations acting in the sphere of civil society and human rights.
