Mission statement:

to promote development of cooperation between the regions of Belarus and other European countries by establishing new contacts and strengthening the existing ones among state authorities and non-governmental organizations to inspire the implementation of the cooperation projects.

Our overall objective is:

To promote participation and improve cooperation of the EU and Belarusian actors through creation of EU-Belarusian Partnership Network (EU-Belarus-Net) and Information Units for Regional Initiatives (IURIs) in each regional centre of Belarus.

In such a way, Re-Enact will focus on the revival of cooperation mechanisms between local authorities and NGOs in Belarus, and at the same time on identification of significant issues of EU-Belarusian collaboration, such as mutual needs, interests, priorities, expectations and feasibility of the common initiatives.
